Production Time:
Production time varies and depends on the item you purchase and the size of your order. If you need an order rushed please email us for availability and delivery time.

In most cases items ship within 1-3 business days. However if you order personalized favors or tags these take approximately 3-5 days to complete.  (not including shipping).

All orders are shipped ground Fed Ex or UPS but in some cases rush delivery can be made. PLEASE EMAIL USif there any delivery date concerns and we'll work it out!

Minimum Merchandise Order:
Our minimum order quantity varies per item, please see item description for more information.

Samples

Sample prices differ and not all items are available in sample form. See individual item pages for more info regarding samples.

Cancellations:
Cancellations made to an order will be invoiced accordingly and subject to the following fees:

$2.00 Transaction Fee and a 5% cancellation fee (based on total final cost of order)

You will also be responsible for the cost of any materials purchased for your order and/or man hours that have been dedicated to your order before the date of cancellation. Once an item has shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Returns, Damages and Exchanges:
Due to the amount of time and money that goes into the production of these favors, we have a NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE policy.  If you are unsure of an item, please order a sample before you place an order.  This way you will not have questions or concerns as to color, size, quantity, etc.

Damages or shortages  must be reported within 1 week of the date your items were delivered. If not reported in this timeframe,  We reserve the right to turn you down for refunds or shortages. Please keep all items damaged in shipment until we notify you that it is ok to dispose of, Fed Ex, US Post Office and UPS MAY need these items if a damage claim is reported.

Sales Tax:
Ohio residents are required by law to pay for sales tax on their internet orders. Sales tax will automatically be calculated at the time you place your online order. All other states will not have sales tax added to their order.

Method of Payment:

ALL PRICES AND PAYMENTS ARE IN US CURRENCY ONLY.
C.O.D. Orders are not accepted.

We accept all major credit & debit cards for orders purchased online or sent via fax.

Please note that all orders paid by personal check will be on hold until check clears with our bank.  This could take up to 10 business days.  Upon confirmation that funds have been deposited, production of your order will begin.  If you are unsure that your check will clear, please pay by money order to avoid delays.
