Production Time:
Production time varies and depends on the item you purchase and the size of your order. If you need an order rushed please email us for availability and delivery time.

In most cases items beginning with the letters KAF, FC and FCF can ship almost immediately. In about 1-3 business days. However if you order personalized tags these take approximately 3-5 days to complete. Some items are special and require 3 weeks to personalize (This is noted on the items description if it applies- there are only a few products that take this long to produce).

Products with just numbers for an item number are our own personal favors that are created in our facility and usually ship within 2-7 business days (an example of this type of item number would be would be 001, 001KIT or 001PP) Smaller orders can be done faster as well as rush orders however please email us to confirm we can do a rush order before placing the order to ensure delivery can be met!

All orders are shipped ground Fed Ex or UPS but in some cases rush delivery can be made. PLEASE EMAIL US before ordering rush delivery because our shopping cart only offers ground and we will need to confirm that delivery can be met.

Our minimum order quantity varies per item, please see item description for more information.

Samples
Sample prices differ and not all items are available in sample form. See individual item pages for more info regarding samples. If you do not see a "BUY ME" button for a sample then the item does not come in sample form. If you see a "BUY ME" button for a sample then simply click it and order a qty of 1and we'll get it right out to you.

Substitutions:
On rare occasions it may be necessary to replace materials that have been discontinued or temporarily out of stock.  To avoid production delays we may need to order supplies from alternate sources.  Substitutions, if necessary, will be limited to ribbon and flowers.

Cancellations:
Cancellations made to an order will be invoiced accordingly and subject to the following fees:

$2.00 Transaction Fee and a 5% cancellation fee (based on total final cost of order)

You will also be responsible for the cost of any materials purchased for your order and/or man hours that have been dedicated to your order before the date of cancellation. Once an item has shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Returns, Damages and Exchanges:
Due to the amount of time and money that goes into the production of these favors, we have a NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE policy.  If you are unsure of an item, please order a sample before you place an order.  This way you will not have questions or concerns as to color, size, quantity, etc.

Damages or shortages  must be reported within 1 week of the date your items were delivered. If not reported in this timeframe,  We reserve the right to turn you down for refunds or shortages. Please keep all items damaged in shipment until we notify you that it is ok to dispose of, Fed Ex, US Post Office and UPS MAY need these items if a damage claim is reported.
